Saat ini PT Mulia Harapan Sukses menyediakan kebutuhan mesin foto copy untuk penyewaan dengan tipe-tipe sebagai berikut :
- Tipe Mesin Foto Copy Analog
Mesin Foto Copy dengan kemampuan copy, untuk volume kecil, medium, maupun besar. - Tipe Mesin Foto Copy Digital
Mesin Foto Copy dengan kemampuan Copy, Print, Scan dan Faximile serta tesedia juga untuk berbagai volume copy, mulai dari volume kecil, medium dan besar. - Perlengkapan Mesin Foto Copy (Optional), seperti sorter, ADF, Finisher dll
Pembagian mesin sesuai tipe dan kapasitasnya adalah sebagai berikut :
- Canon NP 6030 / 6230. Mesin Foto Copy Analog Medium dengan Speed 30 copy per menit dan dengan fasilitas Copy
- Canon NP 6050 . Mesin Foto Copy Analog High Volume dengan Speed 50 copy per menit dan dengan fasilitas Copy
- Canon IR 3300 / 3320i. Mesin Foto Copy Digital Medium dengan Speed 33 copy per menit dan dengan fasilitas Copy ditambah optional print, copy, scan, fax dan networking
- Canon IR 5000 / 6000. Mesin Foto Copy Digital High Volume dengan Speed 50 copy per menit dan dengan fasilitas Copy ditambah optional print, copy, scan dan networking
- Canon IR 3570 / 4570. Mesin Foto Copy Digital Medium dengan Speed 35-45 copy per menit dan dengan fasilitas Copy ditambah optional print, copy, scan, fax dan networking
- Canon IR MF 4350d. Mesin Foto Copy Digital Portable dengan speed 22 copy per menit dan dengan fasilitas copy ditambah fasilitas print, scan dan fax yang sudah menjadi satu dalam satu unit mesin
Lingkup Pemeliharaan
Kerja Sama sewa menyewa mesin foto copy ini sudah termasuk pemeliharaan dengan lingkup pemeliharaan sebagai berikut :
- PM – Preventive maintenance / Perawatan Berkala adalah kegiatan pemeriksaan rutin kinerja mesin secara keseluruhan (Health Check) minimal dilakukan setiap 1 (satu) bulan sekali dan memastikan instalasi mesin telah sesuai dengan persyaratan
- CM – Corrective Maintenance; meliputi aktivitas perbaikan atas kerusakan sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan terhadap kinerja mesin foto copy yang meliputi aktivitas-aktivitas sebagai berikut :
- Mengidentifikasi penyebab terjadinya gangguan berdasarkan permasalahan yang disampaikan petugas dan melakukan perbaikan.
- Melakukan penggantian bahan pakai dan penggantian suku cadang yang mengalami kerusakan (termasuk Drum).
Layanan Service
Waktu layanan adalah 5 X 9 jam sehari, mulai jam 08.00 s/d 17.00 WIB (Hari kerja : Senin – Jum’at)
Layanan Lain
Pelayanan yang melebihi waktu layanan adalah Over time untuk kondisi tertentu termasuk hari minggu dan hari libur
Service Level
- Waktu tanggap adalah 2 (Dua) jam sejak laporan kerusakan diterima.
- Waktu perbaikan adalah 3 (Tiga) jam sejak laporan kerusakan diterima.
- JTW4 (Jaminan Tepat Waktu 4 jam), lebih dari 4 jam MHS terkena pinalty
- Apabila terjadi kerusakan sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali dalam masa 1 (satu) bulan pada mesin foto copy yang sama, maka tindak lanjutnya adalah pergantian mesin foto copy tersebut.
